Terms of Service
Agentic Trust portal operated by Ready Accounting. Last updated: 17 September 2026.
1. Acceptance
By using the Agentic Trust portal, verification API, or free onboarding tools (manifest generator, domain verification wizard, public directory), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Free onboarding
Domain registration and baseline verification are offered on a free tier using SSL well-known challenge (SSL_CHALLENGE) or DNS TXT (DNS_TXT). You must control the domain you register and host accurate did.json / llms.txt manifests.
3. Data & intellectual property
Domain profiles listed in the public directory are public; the aggregated verification registry and API access rights remain the exclusive intellectual property of the platform operator (Ready Accounting).
You retain ownership of your business content and cryptographic keys. Listing a profile does not transfer ownership of your brand or private keys to Ready Accounting.
4. Acceptable use
You may not register domains you do not control, forge proofs, publish misleading identity documents, or abuse the verification API (including scraping beyond fair use of the public directory).
5. Disclaimer
Verification statuses (VERIFIED, UNVERIFIED, RISK) are provided as-is to assist AI agents. Ready Accounting does not warrant commercial fitness or legal compliance of listed businesses.
